I’m opening my kitchen again for a 2 1/2 hour Ayurvedic Cooking Class to complement Your Ayurveda Starter Kit, as well as to introduce new recipes and simple methods to your cooking repertoire. This class, “The Principles of Ayurvedic Cooking to Support Digestion”, is designed as an open-kitchen experience, with time for ongoing questions and of course, you get all the recipes cooked on the day.

Through this 7 week interactive online program you’ll learn Ayurveda’s approach to life including body types, what to eat, how your digestion works, the process of creating a strong immune system, how to monitor and regulate your mental health and how to live from a place of freedom.
