This is a class that helps to calm the mind, strengthen the body and gently release tight muscles.
In Level 1, the class introduces you to the Yoga asana work, yoga breathing and options. Great for beginners, athletes who want a balance to harder work-outs or Yogi’s who want to reconnect with alignment and structure.
Level 2 classes assume some Yoga knowledge, however instructions are clear and easy to follow. This is a stronger class where the focus on the breath becomes more important. Adds strength, flexibility and a focussed mind.
Yin & tonic has three components. First, restorative Yin yoga, second, healing yoga nidra and third, an after class nourishing Ayurvedic tonic. This is a truly holistic class, balancing for body, mind and spirit - suitable for all levels.
An enlivening class that uses traditional Sun Salutations, breathing practices and meditation to powerfully engage your whole body, mind and spirit for the day ahead. When you want to start the day one step ahead of the pack.

The 10 Class Pass is the best value for anyone who practices 2 or fewer times per week. This pass starts when you attend the studio for the first time, and is valid until it is done. Bonus: you get a free class!
The 1 Month Unlimited pass is for the die-hard yogi. If you're at our studio everyday, you really need this. If you regularly attend 2 a week or more, this is the best value.
The Casual Membership is the one-off, drop-in fee for a class. It's a good place to start if you're unsure of whether or not you want more, or if you're just in town for the day.
The 5 Class Pass is perfect for anyone who's just testing the waters or is a "sometimes visitor" to yoga. This pass starts when you attend the studio for the first time not from the date of purchase, and it is valid until it is done.
