Imagine a weekend where your only priority was to slow down, relax and reconnect with you.
As a consciousness-based system of healing, Ayurveda’s overarching principle is awareness. It uses diet, lifestyle and natural medicines to create and maintain good health.
When you’re experiencing an “imbalance” (less than optimum health) it is because of incompatible diet and lifestyle. Simply put, how you’re living your life is incompatible with creating good health.
Relax in single or twin share cottage accommodation on this 36-acre eco-retreat just a stones throw from Batemans Bay on the beautiful NSW south coast. As an added luxury, each cottage comes with a well-stocked log-fire, perfect for the first weekend in winter.
One of Ayurveda’s core focus points is diet and digestion. You’ll take-away hands-on meal preparation using Ayurvedic principles. All meals are beautifully whole-food, authentically Ayurvedic and plant-based. Seriously delicious.
Unpack the principles of Living Ayurveda through Cooking, Women’s Health and Key Principles workshops. The daily incorporation of these practices improves overall health and vitality.
Immerse yourself in the daily yoga practice, suitable for all levels and tailored specifically for the weekend.
Learn the transformative practice of Vedic meditation, no prior experience required.
Time to sit by the fire, go bush walking or to the beach, relax, drink chai and chat with new friends.
