In this Cook & Chat Workshop you'll be able to cook along with me as we explore the best foods for detoxing.
While many of you are familiar with the Ayurvedic detoxing food kitchari, in this session you'll be able to cook your own as well as learning how to tailor it to your own specific needs.
You'll learn how to make specific
BALANCING HERB BLENDS
for Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
I'll be sharing options for the week including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks and snacks and you'll get a chance to ask your cooking questions.
Movement is an important part of cleansing - however the right movement is essential.
While you're detoxing, it's important to create a balance between creating enough movement for the body to release its toxins while not overworking the systems of the body.
Live Yoga Classes will assist you in the right movement for cleansing.
Sunday: 7:15 - 8 a.m.
Monday: 6:15 - 7 a.m.
Tuesday: 6:15 - 7 a.m.
Thursday: 6:15 - 7 a.m.
Friday: 6:15 - 7 a.m.
All classes will be recorded
